No FCC license or permit is needed for audio frequency inductive transmitter. This should inductive transmit 100 Hz. to 15 kHz. audio signal. Audio TV, cassette output, or player is connected to input of high powered audio amplifier. You should be able to hear with headphones connected directly to antenna loop. Loop antenna is single turn of wire routed around large room or building. The 5 ohm resistor in loop I added to run in simulator mode.

A license requirement would depend on your xmit power.

Listening with headphones connected directly to the loop antenna, would only allow you to hear the carrier signal. Not the modulation, if any.

Induction of audio wave only with no radio frequency carrier. Experimenter type of room to room music or audio. Not really long range.
