I don't know.... this is pretty much dangerous to do,especially within the fact you runs half bridge rectifier to a SCR. For sure, zener cant even break down that mich with 7V without AC to transformer firstly, so expects the oscillation.

A power supply provided from AC to DC should have no ripple after the rectification and smoother.

At least put in a 1:1 transformer

La idea es realizarla sin transformador si se presta atencion y se asisla bien es segura con su toma de tierra las ultimas modificacines le dan un rizado minimo y funciona perfectamente con componentes normalizados y al coste menor de un transformador hay que hacerlo dificil lo facil no tiniene merito

Ha y los zener regulan perfectamente y no hay oscilaciones a la salida no te has fijado en el filtro e Π deja pasar 5 mV de rizado a maxima corriente no hay nada como una buena inductancia de xl 32 ohmios a 50 HZ
