You can Change the Frequency From the DC Power Supply In The left.

This Circuit Gives two Signals triangular and Square waves, more over the integration of triangular is the sin wave.

At 5 volts output Frequency is about 5KHz. 
At 10 volts output Frequency is about 10KHz .

I Added a Relay to assist Simulation (With Little Delay).
