5 kHz Frequency Discriminator

Simple circuit gives high output when input frequency is between about 4.2 kHz and 5.6 kHz. Selectivity and other behavior can be altered by adjusting the threshold voltage at non-inverting input, the tank resistance, and the base resistor value.
