You need to connect the ground to your circuit. Just tap on the ground node and tap on the bottom wire of your circuit

That's coz LEDs have a vatiable resistance, trying to keep the voltage across them almost constant, just like a diode.

EveryCircuit LED’s have a nominal working voltage of 2.0V. You have 3 in series so the total drop across them is 3x2 = 6V. They are have a nominal current of 20mA. To calculate your resistor value, with a 12V supply you need to drop 6V across your resistor (to leave 6V across LED’s). From Ohm ‘s law R=V/I=6/0.02=150 Ohms.
