Adjustable circuit breaker

Here is my circuit breaker, it uses a op amp comparator,relay and a Sr latch. The 400 milliohm resistor can be made of wire and the value isn't that important,as long as you don't use too high of resistance, link to the video on how to make the shunt resistor http://youtu.be/fUOtMRuqssY The 1k resistor connected to the shunt resistor sets the load current.
