D Latch for Memory Storage

Input 1:Data Input 2:Enable/Clock Set Data to the bit you want to store, and use Enable to set the bit. When Enable/Clock is set to low, the bit is stored and cannot be modified, When Enable/Clock is High, the bit can be modified.
