For 1MHz, for bigger/smaller frequency - just change the 15pF capacitor, and 100k resistor. Remember to adjust other capacitors to your frequency, to make sine wave nice :)

Square wave + filter, making sine wave. It may not be the most practical method, but I like it. :) Nice filter too.

Thank you, I think it is better method for bigger frequencies than combining capacitor and inductor :)
