You missed the point of this circuit. This is a tool for measuring sensitive signals. You are disrupting the signal and drawing amperage from this ideal source. In reality this current draw will effect the voltage, and you will receive invalid values, and most likely disrupt other signals down the line.

Notice how this circuit uses its source only for its parallel 10k load. The precision rectifier takes no voltage or current from the source or load. @bryanthehacker http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6593637028986880
