574 millivolts will limit what fence would hold in. A guide at Auschwitz concentration camp in Oswiecim, Poland said 220 volts on fence at night and 100 volts or so daytime for Nazi electric fence.

✔ The circuit was upgraded adding a 555 timer. 9v/250kv.
