Der linke Transistor ist der NPN , der rechte der PNP. Die Basis ist wie auch hier meistens der mittlere Anschluss, der Emitter ist immer der Pfeil und der übrige ist dann der Kollektor, der bei z.B To18 eine Verbindung mit dem Gehäuse ergibt.
Beim NPN muss der Emitter negativer als der Kollektor und die Basis sein, beim PNP genau anders rum, da muss der Emitter posiver als der Kollektor und die Basis sein.
