This is a way to get 3-phase power from a 2-phase facility using only 2 1:1 transformers (here shown powering a 3-phase Y load). I use it often to power 3-phase motors at home

you have 2 ac sources that are 240 degree out of phase?

This ain't 2 phase. Your home doesn't have 2 phase either.

Genuine two-phase power generally consiststs of phases 90 degrees apart. This is more like 2 of 3 phases. Usually, it's a fault condition but when it's intentionally done usually it's a cheap way to transform 3 phase power with only 2 sets of windings. In that context its known as open wye or open delta wiring.

If this is a legitimate 120/208V rms service shown here peak to peak then this is do able. What you need to show is the neutral. On this service current ALWAYS flows on the neutral. Most utilities have this as a 200A service. You may want to beef up your neutral and create a proper 3ph breaker for the motor.
