Простейший драйвер. Построенный на пленочном токоограничительном конденсаторе на 400 В 0,47 мкФ, далее поляризация и  простенький фильтр, схему можно доработать ещё сотней вариантов, но и так это полностью рабочий и готовый вариант. Делал лично на 5 светодиодов, как ночник во двор частного дома, проработала больше 5 лет. При этом ток потребления от сети 220в составляет не более 0,5 Ватт. Пощелкайте выключателем и посмотрите сами. Скорость стимуляции ограниченна программно до 60мс/сек, в реальности эффекта розжига и затухания не наблюдается. Приятного просмотра!
