Req = V/i where i = (-R2*V)/(R1*R3) and plugging in V is V/(-R2*V)/(R1*R3) when reduced, and rationalized, it comes down to -(R1*R3)/R2. Negative Resistance means that the circuit releases power, causing it to to put into the source, where the source will absorb the Power.
