Three switches(left to right): r/w select datain. Red LED shows memory state, and blue LED shows Output.
Operation: r/w=0, read memory, r/w=1, write memory, and select must be =1 both of these situation.
If select=0, memory keep(0, 1 or x), output=0. And when r/w=1 output=0 too whatever select is.
