I see this is only your 2nd circuit. The circuits are well designed, but aren't going to last long because the LEDs with the x through the led means it has twice the nominal voltage or amps which is set for 2 v and 20 ma and fried, cooked and quit their job. A curent limiting resistor in series is needed to control amperage. See the Examples section down towards the bottom on LEDs and current limiting for more information
