@deathwarror, what are the strange BJT settings for? Its working fine in EveryCircuit with the default BJT and 10ns/s simspeed!

It does autoscale, but only if there is information like an ac source. If not it just stays at last timing setting

Btw, 1nF at base would be better, cuz collpits its like a CB circuit and the base should be cold!
