Simple step up DC to DC voltage boost converter

This is a simple circuit that boosts 5 volts to 200 volts dc. The output voltage can be adjusted higher or lower by the potentiometer.

I don't know how to find the values of length and width of mosfets (i have tried looking at their data sheets) so i just set them at 10mm,1nm to keep it simple.

In real life just make sure the gate threshold voltage is under half the supply voltage and the Rds is less than about 50mOhm and it can handle decent current and power (30amp 50watt maybe).

The NDP6020 and the NDP6020P might be good mosfets for this circuit.

Well i say it is simple because firstly it doesn't use a transformer only an inductor secondly it is way easier to understand relative to many boost circuits and it is based on a very simple idea http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6409716141129728
