Bug in simulator

Can anyone explain me why is this showing output on scope 
Also does this app ever get an update?

No idea, but I got a problem that is even worse. Every time I cut a part of a bigger connection with these „scissors“, the app crashes. (iPadPro 12,9 2021 M1)

Without the secondary side connected the transformer is basically an inductor. When the current through the diode tries to reverse it can't flow but the inductor has stored energy it wants to get rid of and you get a voltage spike.
