Astable multivibrator consists of two quasistable states and generates squarewave output. The time period depends on feedback resistor and capacitor values and capacitor voltage is presented in green whose value can be determined by Vc=+-BxVsat where B= 1 + R2/R1 connected to positive ends and Vsat = o/p voltage .Vc cannot exceed this value. In this case o/p is 10 volts and capacitor voltage is +- 5 volts.

You added the voltage source as perturbation stage, right? Easily achieved by injecting noise with AC source removed.

No buddy this is not an oscillator and with noise u cannot achieve this kind of wave .ac source is necesary for charging or discharging of capacitor, noise cannot do that.
