if I change the valu of the resistor to bigger resistor , the Ad (Vout /vin) change as it should

Not too sure exactly what you're trying to achieve,but, if you want solid 10v across both resistors then use 5ohms

There is no emitter resistor so the gain is Rc/Re=100k/0k. Not infinite, but around the transistor beta which is fir 1V much to high. And 1mA at 100kOhm is 100V split in best case on two resistors is still 50V. So go down to 10k for Rc and insert 1k emitter resistors.

I did what you told me, but still dont see what is the gain here. The output is less then the input.. Or maybe I Just dont understand. Thank you for the comment :-)

What i didnt understand is why u told me to insert RE. my problem was that the transistor was not in the active situation
