In this configuration the OpAmp works as a inverting comparator with hysteresis using a positive feedback.
It's very useful for signals with noise.
The hysteresis can be calculated by:
Va = -Vsat.(R1/(R1+R2))
Vb = +Vsat.(R1/(R1+R2))
Ps.: R2 is the resistor in the feedback loop
