Need help to measure phase lose at the service. Lights flicker at random times, and have measured no voltage on a phase in the past. However the utilitie's lineman reads 240 volts and investigates no further.
I'm not able to measure voltage all the time to confirm the phase loss.
Will the relay be able to react to such a quick disruption in the power?
*Note that the compact fluorescents flicker also.
