I want to build more circuits and connect them together. How can I get a larger canvas?

You can't, unfortunately.

You can get more on the canvas if you space them closer. Unfortunately this often means the circuit may not be so easy to view.

You can also simplify your logic circuits, so there are less logic gates. It is hard to simplify memory, but you can at least get rid of double-nots.
