Button to decimal order

Hit the button(2-way switch "off" and "on"), it is the "clock". For some reason it starts at the end. It has to "flip-flops" that count in 2-bit binary code(red and blue LEDs), then it decodes it in 4-bit decimal order(orange, yellow, green, and violet LEDs).

DECIMAL ORDER
ORANGE LED---1 BIT
YELLOW LED----2 BIT
GREEN LED------3 BIT
VIOLET LED------4 BIT

Nice. It starts at the end since it has no reset for the flip flops. Actually in the real world, it may start at any logical condition.

Thankyou! @Ofer-you are right. It is balanced as it turns "on", so it has random start.
