Needs a shake to get going. When the capacitor is switched on the output becomes sinusoidal and the frequency falls. (Speed up the sim after closing the switch)
Remember, EC transformers are phased backwards. This transformer would have both windings connected at one end to the positive, and wound in parallel in the same direction, which is not the same as a center tapped coil.
