Change AC's frequency and check voltage drop in resistance. Maybe about 16kHz has maximum voltage drop. And thanks hurz!

Center position is exact at 15.9kHz were you get the highest voltage drop across the resistor. Check this http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4998074126827520
