Good one,you've figured out how to bypass the ground, as usually these supplies demand a balanced power supply. But 10mF at 600V doesn't exist, dial it down a notch.

What bypass? He just used a voltmeter to "bypass" zero volt reference.

All nominals are taken at random. It's only the princeps. I doubt that I can build a welder with it. May be some simple scheme for charging capasitor bank for a coil gun etc.
