Sorry, just wrong. Never use an OpAmp with positiv feedback only if you expect linear behaviour. Try to calc 10V + 6V its -15V ok, because its clipping. But now calc 10 + 4V which suppose to be -14V, right? But its still -15V because its actually a schmitt trigger and not a linear calculating circuit. Flip plus and minus terminal and this circuit is working fine. Hope this helps.
