This is a fun circuit that can be used at parties for example. The 4 LEDs flash on the beat of the music. The light organ responds to sound using a microphone. T1 amplifies the signal from MIC. The sensitivity can be controlled with P1. T4 controls the LED's. These are preferably LED's with a high light intensity. MIC is a condenser microphone. The circuit can be powered with a 9 V block battery. MIC is missing in this simulation!!. it should be connected to the 100nf to gnd.

Not sure where T1 and the other T's are. Could you provide a link to the schematic?

Ground the NPN bipolar transistor and check your LED resistors.
