Maybe a diode or two can get enough drop to create a window for off conditions.

I'm thinking about using this to drive a Ac h-bridge and or a small dc mixer motor, let me know if you work out the bugs before I do. Thanks for your time.

Short circuit +- opamp inputs with a single switch. Attention, this wont work in reality that perfect, cuz of offset voltages
