Power MOSFETs virtually always have a drain to source avalance diode integrated with common PIV ratings from ~35-900V. No power MOSFET simulation us complete without them. Also, it makes more sense to have the transformer's secondary referenced directly to ground whenever possible from an analytical standpoint. Each half of the winding can be viewed as driving current from ground, through the load and back to ground, rather than a central live wire driving current in alternating loops. It's up to you though. It works with either convention. Just my 2 cents on tge matter.
