I used this setup for a 6V SLA solar charge control circuit, but now I want a 12V SLA so...

The battery should disconnect at 11.58V (UVLO, green LED, set reference at 394mV due to hysteresis) and connect at 11.76V (reference at 400mV).
Buffer some power with a partial charge before the load connects at 13.16V (blue LED, set reference at 400mV).
Note the comparators have hysteresis so adjusting the 400mV reference is needed to see the actual value at which it will switch.
Perhaps the circuit on my board is easier to understand (or not).
