Generally speaking leds in parallel is not recommended due to inconsistent voltage drop. Perhaps Google leds in parallel for more info. Doesn't say you can't, but just not recommended

LEDs are not supposed to be connected in a direct parallel combination but the current hogging state doesn't occur when a series resistoris added to each LED.

Cameras don't use LED flashlights; they use a voltage booster and a final cap to make a bright spark, causing light to emanate. Idk whether any camera uses a flashing method other than this.

@wyoelk, you mean well but are a little confused about the advice you are giving here and in another recent post. This and the other circuit is fine. Here, each set of 3 LED’s has its own current limiting resistor.

Yes that's correct. I should have completed the post by mentioning the resistors resolve the voltage drop issue. Thanks
