Check rms vs peak voltage. The simulator requires the peak voltage of 169. 120x1.414=169.

Just got back, rich1129000 is right about voltages, the voltages shown by ec are the peak voltage, for the real world RMS value of 120v & 240v it is actually 1.414 times the peak & this needs be taken into account for real life circuits.... You don't really need an output diode,unless you are going to power something that has another and opposing power supply. Also remember a tidy circuit is much easier to understand and troubleshoot for problems. http://everycircuit.com/circuit/4943074236563456

@BillyT Thanks again, I appreciate your help! Output diode was to help with a problem with EC going haywire when switching off and on the output switch, just a glitch workaround I guess! For now I've removed the switch completely :) Thanks!
