so the ground should be a wire to the lowest level in the water then the switches from transistors would be your wire probes to detect water level. I don't know why I can't get the npn transistors to take the negative side of the power supply I rigged this up in at my house for plants and it works great but emulating real world stuff can be tricky in an app

To avoid water electrolysis phenomena around electrode use as sensor, should be better use an alternate current at low frequency.
