Upgrade EveryCircuit to open the circuit. Try out different simulation speeds, too.
There are 11 RGB LEDs, each controlled by 3 voltage sources. The voltage sources set up each RGB LED to cycle through the colors. Each RGB LED and group of voltage sources are slightly delayed from the group before, giving the rolling color effect.
