LEDs of different colours tend to have different Vf, which makes them unsuited for parallel wiring. I they adhere to same current ratings, consider to operate them in series.

This won't work at all for the reason mentioned by bushmills. Even leds of the same type in parallel is a bad idea. But this is more than a bad idea.
