Let's say the sinus generator is the signal received by the antenna. The opamp has a gain of 30001. And the signal becomes strong enough to be used in a circuit. Vary the two lower resistors to change the gain. Remember that the gain is equal to: 1+[ (resistor in feedback) /(resistor on the inverting input) ]

At least for low gain settings dont forget to add 1 in your formula.
