You can use oscilloscope or audio amplifier to find the resonance frequency. Having the capacitor value and frequency is very simple to calculate the inductance of your coil. This works only if the inductance is bigger than 100-300 uH.

You don't need the op amp. If you have a digital oscilloscope you can set it on a single event trigger level, and once you flip the switch it'll measure the decaying oscillation frequency. You can then extract the value of the coil. You can also use an analog oscilloscope, but you need a continuous input pulse train to measure the frequency. Anyway, you can measure much much lower inductances of let's say 1uH, with a pretty decent accuracy, if you know what you're doing.
