cmos vs nmos and pmos

Same logic e.g. 2 inputs NAND, cmos has PUN and PDN single network(keeps PDN) the W/L of pmos should be smaller and nmos's be larger. Keeps PUN, the W/L should be larger for pmos, and nmos small.
