I’ve used two 2x4 binary line decoders to implement a 4x16 binary decoder for all 16 final products. For 2x2 binary multiplication, there are seven trivial zeros, 3 duplicates products and 3 specifically unique products, therefore requiring 9 address selectors and a four by six word diode matrix ROM as a look up table.
