Voltage gap generator based on vbe multiplication.
This simple circuit permits to create a voltage between Collector and Emitter which is almost independant of the supply voltage. Varies the generator voltage and observe Collector voltage.
Indeed VBE= VCEx(Voltage divider)
hence VCE= VBE x 1/(voltage divider)
and VBE=Utln(IC/IS) almost constant.
