I utilized a latching circuit to make controls for an on or off conveyor belt circuit. The switch has to be closed in order for the circuit to function. The push button is momentarily closed in order to energize the coil and close the circuit allowing it to latch itself in. The energized latch circuit is then utilized to energize a set of relays to then close their contacts, then energize the 90 VDC motors.
