Interessting idea, but simulating circuits in realtime will hide effects which actually present. Take a foto you made with flash and think about what constantly power a bulb would need to make the foto this bright? I guess my little camera is comparable with a 500W bulb. To simulate this, we can see the flash as 500W 200V bulb which will in real mode 1s/s consume the cap energy so fast it could not even catched as visible event by EC, because it takes just a few 100us. So slow down the simspeed to see whats happened in slowmotion e.g. at 200us/s and restart the simulation. I think this is more realistic. I like this demonstration, because its good to understand bad subsampling of digital systems like a simulator is. Keep it up!
