Motor end to end control

How can you control a motor by direction of "up" & "down" or "left" & "right" and not going to far without harming a motor? Use the 2 control switches on the left to control the direction, and the 2 end switches to stop the motor from going to far(connected to the motor drive).

garage doors have a similar setup, the top switches are opened and closed by cam gears

@shahidbahader-thankyou. Lol. @faceblast-true. Lol. It does have them and you can set the ends. It's on a worm gear that moves it back and forth for direction and position.
