To start, flip the SPST switch.

The logic sources are the respective inputs:
     •Top: J
     •Middle: CLK
     •Bottom: K

Its outputs will not oscillate EVEN IF its own output is an input (because of the coupling capacitor)

If the timers are connected to power and all the inputs are low when the transient starts, the 555s will crash EveryCircuit.
