Leds, i changed capacitors and resistor values.

The circuit is basically correct, all the resistor and capacitor values are not valid and require research to obtain the desired effects.

Rule of thumb, increase collector resistors to 330 Ohms so LED current is 20mA, as required. As default transistor gain is 100 the base current should be one hundredth of this, that is 0.2mA. Allowing for base emitter drop of 0.7V we will have 8.3V across the base resistors. Hence, base resistors should be 8.3/0.0002=41500 Ohms. Use 39kOhms. Hope this helps.
