mosfet flip flop with mosfet pull ups. It looks easy but without math it was pretty difficult.

Nice work, it's a pity that the Fet specification sheets are not the same as EC's, it would be hard to put one of these together in real life. I've played with it a bit, just to trim the led current a bit, http://everycircuit.com/circuit/6441198366752768

I checked the voltages around you circuit before and after it was running, then set the led currents while the circuit was running. Because Fet gate current is not too critical, I chose resistors by a 100 to 1 ratio with the led resistor (adjusted for the correct voltage level) and selected the capacitors for the desired frequency.
