Now you can see the charge decrease in the decay you would expect, I found it hard to get this to work on here, but worth the effort in the end. I've also added a separate circuit that looks at potentially a LDR or Thermistor reacting to light or heat and how that could affect in this case an LED (but potentially a heater or the like). EveryCircuit doesn't have thermistors or LDRs (that I can see, so it's just two variable resistors in there for the time being.
